Calendar events created through Zant may appear on the Coach's and Client's respective calendars, but Zant does not independently distribute Google data to external parties.

Users may request deletion at any time by contacting: support@zant.app

Upon confirmed deletion:

  • Personal data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized
  • Google OAuth tokens (if any exist) are immediately deleted
  • Access to Google APIs is revoked

Zant retains only minimal records where legally required (e.g., tax or accounting compliance).

Data Portability

Before offboarding, Coaches may request a downloadable copy of their account data, including:

  • Profile information
  • Booking history
  • Session records

After confirmation of download, permanent deletion is executed. Coach offboarding may take up to 14 days to complete due to pending sessions or billing reconciliation.

4. AI Transparency

  • AI features operate only on data explicitly provided by users within Zant's coaching tools
  • User data is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve external AI models
  • AI-generated content is supplementary and does not replace professional coaching judgment
