Zoom Integration
Video conferencing for your coaching sessions
Overview
Zant integrates with Zoom to make it easy for coaches to automatically create and share meeting links for scheduled sessions. Once connected, Zoom meetings are generated and included in calendar invites without any manual setup.
How to Connect Your Zoom Account
Log into your Zant account
Navigate to Settings
Select Integrations
Click Connect Zoom
You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize access
Approve permissions to complete the connection
Once connected, your Zoom account will be linked and ready to use for all scheduled sessions.
How to Use Zoom Within Zant
- When creating or editing a session, Zoom will be automatically selected as the video provider (if connected)
- Each booked session will automatically generate a unique Zoom meeting link
- The Zoom link will be included in the calendar invitation and shared with both the coach and client
- No manual Zoom setup is required for each session
This allows you to focus on your sessions while Zant handles scheduling and meeting creation.
How Zoom Works with Your Calendar
When a client books a session, Zant:
- Creates a Zoom meeting via the Zoom API
- Attaches the meeting link to the session
- Sends calendar invites with the Zoom details included
Any updates to the session (reschedules, cancellations) will automatically update the Zoom meeting as well.
How to Disconnect Zoom
You can disconnect your Zoom account at any time:
Go to Settings
Click Integrations
Select Disconnect Zoom
Once disconnected:
- No new Zoom meetings will be created
- Stored OAuth tokens are immediately deleted
- Existing meetings will remain accessible in your Zoom account
Data Usage & Privacy
Zant only accesses the data required to create and manage Zoom meetings. We do not access meeting content, recordings, or chat logs. OAuth tokens are securely stored in encrypted form and deleted upon disconnection.
