zant was born from a place of loss and resilience. When Maggie Rose Macar was 18, she lost a close friend to suicide. In that difficult time, a therapist offered to work with her for just $10 a session—a small gesture that made a life-changing impact and fueled her passion to ensure no one faces their struggles alone. Years later, after founding zant and stepping into the world of entrepreneurship, Maggie Rose connected with an executive coach who transformed her approach to growth and leadership. This experience deepened her conviction that every entrepreneur deserves the support of a coach.
Our mission is to break the stigmas surrounding the coaching industry and empower coaches to better serve their clients, reclaim valuable time, and build sustainable practices.
